Montauroux

Montauroux is located in the Var region of Provence, Cote d’Azur. Getting there takes about 45 minutes from Nice airport, with the A8 motorway providing easy access.

The area is stunningly beautiful, with the picturesque Esterel mountains providing an expansive backdrop and the beautiful Lac St Cassien framing the foreground as you head towards the village.

Fabulous locations like Antibes, Cannes, Lorgues and St Paul de Vence are easily accessible, so the options of things-to-do are limitless.

One lazy afternoon, just off the village square…

There’s a red clay square at the centre, which plays host to boules games, local produce markets and various events. Around the perimeter of the square you’ll find a boulangerie, butcher, fruit, local supermarket, a café, a bar, post office and the town hall.

Take a short drive down from the square back to the main Route de Draguignan (D562) and you will have access to supermarkets, restaurants, boulangeries etc, as well as easy access to Callian, Tourettes, Fayence and beyond.
