The village
The village is charming and friendly with a red clay square at the centre, which is often host to boules games and weekly markets (there are some great jams, pickles etc to buy). Around the perimeter of the square you’ll find a boulangerie, butcher, fruit and veg shop, local supermarket, a café, a bar, news agent, post office and the town hall.
There are arterial ‘A’ roads around the village which provide access to restaurants, supermarkets, sports venues, spas and much more.
Local charm
On a warm summer evening there’s nothing better than alfresco dining at one of the local restaurants just off the square, with some musical accompanyment and a glass of perfectly chilled rose from the local vineyard.
Down by the water
The is plenty to do on Lac st Cassien, a vast lake that offers truly stunning views and access to some fun watersports for the family (the pedalos with the built in slides are huge fun).
Choose sport, or just relax
In addition to numerous sporting options like golf, cycling and tennis, there are also many opportunities to relax with some amazing spas close to hand.
Locally produced
There’s plenty of local produce available in the area with farmers markets offering locally produced fruit, vegetables, cheese, bread, jam, wine, freshly picked lavender and much more.
